Qualifications

• Extensive background leading protective operations and travel security internationally.
• Translate risk intelligence into concrete logistics decisions and plans.
• Proven program management, including budget oversight and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading security teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments of residences, facilities, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design journey management plans and pre-travel briefings for executive travel across EMEA.
• Lead advance planning, route assessments, and on-the-ground protective coverage.
• Define and execute long-term protective operations strategy across EMEA.
• Oversee risk assessments for residences, facilities, and travel programs.
• Build and manage a network of in-country security providers and partners.
• Direct manager for Protective Services staff in EMEA.
