Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Counsel, EMEA Employment, based in the United Kingdom. You will provide practical, risk-based advice on global employment matters, focusing on Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while partnering on global projects and investigations.

You will draft and negotiate employment-related agreements, manage disputes, and guide employee relations, immigration, and training initiatives for the People & Culture function.

Formación

• LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree and active bar membership in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of employment law experience with multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred.
• Ability to own projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day global employment counsel to People & Culture and business stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies; develop templates and guides.
• Manage employment disputes and coordinate with outside counsel through resolution.
• Advise on employee relations matters and workplace investigations; review processes for compliance.
• Conduct employment law training for People & Culture professionals and review materials.
• Advise on immigration and other mobility matters and supervise outside counsel.
