Job summary

Veeam, a Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Senior Counsel, EMEA Employment, based in the United Kingdom, reporting to the VP, Employment, Compliance, and Sustainability. You will provide strategic, practical counsel on global employment matters, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions and managing cross-border investigations.

You will draft agreements, supervise outside counsel, lead training, and advise leadership on immigration and mobility.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with multiple jurisdiction exposure and bar membership.
• 8+ years of employment law experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Ability to advise business leaders and manage complex cross-border matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counseling on global employment matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies.
• Manage employment-related claims and supervise outside counsel.
• Advise on employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Conduct employment law training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise on immigration and employee mobility, supervise immigration counsel.
