Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel for EMEA Employment to provide practical, risk-based legal advice on global employment matters. You will support Europe, Middle East and Africa with cross‑border projects and collaborate with business leaders to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires significant employment law experience, strong judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Excellent drafting and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with LLB/LLM and active EMEA bar membership.
• 8+ years of employment law experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Ability to advise executives and lead cross‑border matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and policy development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal counseling on global employment matters to People & Culture and leaders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, and templates.
• Manage claims and litigation strategy; supervise outside counsel as needed.
• Support workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
• Deliver employment law training and guidance on immigration and mobility.
• Advise on compliance with evolving multi‑jurisdictional laws.
