Job summary

TENEX is seeking an experienced Customer Success leader for EMEA, based in London. You will own strategic accounts, build and scale the CS team, and partner with regional leadership to deliver retention and expansion outcomes.

You will carry regional accountability for GRR/NRR and time-to-value, shaping how customer success is delivered across EMEA while aligning with the global CS framework and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Deep background in MDR, managed security services or high-touch B2B/SaaS.
• Track record scaling a CS team from 1 to 5+ people.
• Demonstrated player-coach experience with strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of GRR/NRR and related metrics.
• Executive presence with security leadership for enterprise CISOs.
• Native or near-native English.
• Based in London or willing to relocate to London.

Responsibilities

• Own named strategic EMEA accounts as senior CS contact, leading onboarding and value realization.
• Hire, onboard, and scale the EMEA CS team; establish operating rhythm and escalation paths.
• Partner with EMEA leadership and global CS, product, and delivery to drive account strategy and time-to-value.
• Own regional metrics: gross and net revenue retention, and time-to-value.
