Wowza Media Systems is seeking a driven Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. You will drive alignment across sales, marketing, and engineering to achieve ambitious targets and establish a robust partner pipeline.

The ideal candidate excels in new partner acquisition, outbound and partner development, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful partnering sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships across levels of a business, including C-Level.
• Strong presentation and collaborative communication skills.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand partner network across regions.
• Lead outbound sales to identify and qualify new partners in the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM and Marketing to drive opportunities and closures.
• Negotiate standard contract elements and manage contract-related issues.
• Maintain channel alignment and provide credible forecasts and partner growth plans.
• Travel as required and adapt to flexible work hours.
