Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Active Arizona associate-level or independent clinical license appropriate to the role.
• Completion of EMDR basic training; EMDR certification preferred.
• Experience working with trauma-related concerns.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed assessments and individualized therapy.
• Use EMDR within your training, qualifications, and scope of practice.
• Assess client readiness and support preparation, stabilization, and treatment planning.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Maintain an active caseload of 12–15 clients per week.
