Ellie Mental Health in Newtown, PA is seeking a skilled therapist experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting to deliver trauma-informed care. The role supports a flexible remote arrangement with in-person and Telehealth options and includes a $1000 sign-on bonus for Aug 2026.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year with supervision and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in social work or related fields and PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related behavioral field.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Coordinate services with families, schools, and other staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
