Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Active Arizona associate-level or independent clinical license appropriate to the role.
• Completion of EMDR basic training; EMDR certification preferred.
• Experience working with trauma-related concerns.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Contract Compensation

• Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.
