Job summary

Colorado Women's Center in Fort Collins is seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to provide evidence-based EMDR therapy to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and guide clients through sessions to process distressing memories, with flexibility to see individual clients for other concerns.

This role offers a steady flow of referrals, base pay while you build, and the ability to set your own session times.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC).
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
