Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Fort Collins is seeking an EMDR Trained Therapist and Counselor to provide evidence-based EMDR therapy to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns.

You will complete assessments, build treatment plans, guide EMDR sessions, and see individual clients for other concerns. This role offers a steady caseload with base pay as you build, and flexible scheduling within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or license candidate (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC)
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and EMDR therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and colleagues.
• Conduct assessments and formal intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and maintain required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and caseload flow.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
