Job summary

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking therapists to join a multidisciplinary practice serving DC, MD, and VA. We offer flexible scheduling with remote, hybrid, or in-office service options and opportunities to collaborate with teams across substance abuse centers, schools, and community organizations.

We welcome therapists specializing in child, adolescent, adult, and elder care, with a focus on culturally responsive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• EMDR training completed.
• Experience assessing and treating trauma.
• Licensed independently in VA or MD; DC licensure preferred across jurisdictions.
• Willingness to serve pre-adolescent populations.
• Local to the DC area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide trauma-focused treatment (PTSD, anxiety, grief, etc.).
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with clients.
• Ensure client safety and crisis management per standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
