Job summary

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) seeks psychotherapists to join a multidisciplinary team serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Flexible schedules include remote, hybrid, or in-office options, with opportunities to work with children, adolescents, adults, and elders.

Independent contractor role with competitive compensation aligned to reimbursement rates; strong emphasis on culturally responsive, patient-centered care and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland; licensure across jurisdictions is preferred.
• Priority consideration for clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
• Must be local to the DC region and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to clients' needs across ages.
• Develop treatment goals, monitor progress, and refer when needed.
• Assess and respond to safety risks following professional standards and laws.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and secure communications.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other clinicians as required.
