Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, seeks an EMCS Manager SCADA Compliance Engineer to lead high-level technical oversight of Energy Management and SCADA networks within Facilities Operations. This role bridges Facilities Operations, subcontractors, and Enterprise IT/Cybersecurity.

You will ensure EMCS and SCADA comply with Lab and NASA policies, perform design reviews, manage network configurations, support capital projects, and identify upgrades to sustain reliable mission

Responsabilités

• EMCS Technical Oversight
• Design reviews and plan checks for EMCS in new construction, reconstruction, retrofit projects
• Manage EMCS network configuration and utility metering systems (JACEs, Distech, Smart II, Eaton Power Control Center, EnergyCap, ION)
• Participate in project punch walks and report technical findings to ensure long-term maintainability and sustainability
• Identify EMCS infrastructure upgrades for MO functions
