Job summary
Bizzell Group is seeking an EMCS Manager to oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Environmental Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) across JLC facilities. You will lead building automation, alarm management, calibration activities, and environmental monitoring to protect laboratory and animal facility integrity.
The role requires hands-on expertise with BAS/EMCS, Siemens Desigo CC, and related systems, plus strong knowledge of HVAC controls.
Qualifications
- 7+ years BAS/EMCS experience.
- Experience with Siemens, Apogee, Niagara, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Siemens Desigo CC and related BAS platforms.
- Monitor alarms, trends, and environmental conditions.
- Coordinate calibration and controls troubleshooting.
- Maintain configuration control documentation.
- Support laboratory environmental integrity requirements.
- Provide 24/7 monitoring support and escalation.
