Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CS or related field.
• 2 years of experience working in a hardware testing environment.
• 2 years of experience in EMC/EMI testing or hardware validation.
• Experience developing and executing EMC/EMI test plans.
• Root-cause analysis on compliance failures and practical mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full EMC/EMI test plans for hardware.
• Lead EUT bring-up and coordinate with firmware/lab teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis on failures and propose mitigations.
• Advance lab capabilities and SOPs for compliance-by-design.
• Collaborate with design and external labs to ensure global compliance.
