Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years in EMC testing with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with FCC/CE/ISO standards and automotive OEM validation.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day laboratory operations and supervision.
• Lead CapEx planning and upgrades for the lab.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and related standards.
• Collaborate with automotive clients and OEMs on test plans and feedback.
