Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced EMC Test Engineer for the Air Dominance and Strike team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will design, test, and validate EMC/EMI solutions for defense electronics while ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace standards.

You will lead testing efforts, mentor teammates, and collaborate with design engineers to integrate EMC requirements early in the product lifecycle. This role demands hands-on expertise with high-end measurement equipment and fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years in EMI/EMC design and testing in military/aerospace/avionics.
Familiar with MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, RTCA DO-160, SAE.
Expertise in HERO, HEMP, lightning protection, ESD, RF exposure limits.

Responsibilities

Lead EMI/EMC testing and analysis on complex systems to ensure operational integrity.
Drive product maturity with rapid prototyping and rigorous qualification activities.
Develop and maintain test plans, reports, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with design teams to embed EMC requirements from concept to production.
Identify EMI/EMC risks and define mitigation strategies using modeling or experiments.
