Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on EMI/EMC design and testing in military, aerospace, or avionics sectors.
• Extensive familiarity with EMI/EMC standards (MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-464D, RTCA DO-160, SAE).

Responsibilities

• Lead EMI/EMC testing and comprehensive analysis on complex electronic systems and components.
• Drive product maturity with rapid prototyping and rigorous qualification activities for defense applications.
• Innovate design strategies to mitigate EMI/EMC issues at their root.
• Author and maintain test plans, reports, and documentation for compliance verification.
• Partner with product design teams to integrate EMC requirements from the design phase.
• Identify EMI/EMC risks and define robust mitigation approaches using modeling or testing.
