IVIRMA soon to be Everleap Fertility in San Francisco is seeking an Embryology Lab Assistant to support embryologists and maintain daily lab operations. You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, and compliance, helping ensure accurate patient records and smooth workflows.

The role offers exposure to reproductive medicine, a patient-focused environment, and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized fertility network. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Health Sciences, or another related scientific discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established protocols and work accurately in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and organize laboratory paperwork, patient records, and documentation.
• Follow procedures for reporting and maintaining patient records.
• Verify specimen chain of custody during laboratory procedures.
• Assist embryologists with general laboratory duties and daily operations.
• Participate in departmental meetings and laboratory initiatives.
