Galls is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee embroidery distribution activities, driving safety, productivity, and quality within our Lexington distribution center. You will manage daily staffing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policy and OSHA regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership, and hands-on knowledge of WMS, RF devices, and material

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Experience with outbound operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage 20+ employees.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF devices, conveyors, and related tooling.
• Comply with OSHA and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct embroidery/warehouse team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Develop procedures to improve area operations and efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, training and performance evaluations.
• Schedule manpower to meet operational goals and assign shifts.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely incident reporting.
• Provide performance feedback and drive continuous improvement.
