Job summary

Personalization Mall is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to guide a production team on the floor, ensuring quality and meeting customer specifications while achieving efficiency targets.

You will supervise, train new hires, and coordinate tasks across departments, stepping in for Supervisors when needed. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. 1st shift 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; peak schedule varies.

Qualifications

• Competent in computers and office software.
• Ability to multitask.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year working in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff, adhering to departmental expectations when not performing these duties.
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly.
• Collaborate and communicate within the department, extending communication to multiple departments within the organization.
• Foster an environment of positive morale and high-performance expectations.
• Regroup associates within assigned areas to maximize team members' strengths.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and report/resolve production line problems promptly.
• Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
