Qualifications

• Follow safety guidelines on the production floor.
• Stop machine before reaching needle path or moving parts.
• Identify pinch points and other hazards.
• Know emergency plans and building safety rules.
• Wear required attire and handle tools properly.
• Maintain clean, dry, and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and start production according to spec.
• Operate embroidery machines and monitor quality throughout.
• Complete shift start/close checklists and order checklists.
• Thread changes, needle changes, and load/unload embroidery.
• Finish embroideries: trim thread, cut backing, remove solvy.
• Pack out finished product: steam, fold, tag, label.
