Uniform Advantage (UA Brands) is seeking an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator in Lithia Springs, GA. The role involves setting up and running industrial embroidery machines, loading designs, hooping garments, and ensuring quality output on a production floor.

The position requires you to stand, move across stations, and perform routine maintenance. Base pay starts at $17/hour with a $2/hour weekend premium; Saturdays/Sundays work possible.

Qualifications

• Sewing/Embroidery experience required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in quality checks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work on a production floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot embroidery machines to produce goods.
• Load digitized designs, thread colors, and needles as needed.
• Hoop garments and place backing for quality output.
• Inspect finished work and adjust machinery for quality.
• Perform daily machine maintenance (oil, lint control).
• Work across all stations as required on the warehouse floor.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
