Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, seeks an Embroidery Operator to join the Production team in Forestville, MD. You will load designs, hoop, thread selections, and operate Tajima machinery to deliver high-quality embroidered products on time.

You’ll work 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime during peak season; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain pace and quality in a fast-moving facility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Seasonal mandatory OT as needed and good attendance.
• Read/understand English documents and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery (experience not required).
• Collaborate with Supervisor and team leads to meet safety, quality, delivery goals.
• Execute daily schedule including pre- and post-production needs.
• Inspect products for order accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Commit to seasonal overtime and maintain excellent attendance.
