Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking an Embroidery Operator to support our production team at McClellan Park, CA. You will handle designs, loading into Tajima machines, and ensure accurate placement and quality across orders.

Responsibilities include collaborating with area supervisors, meeting daily goals for safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Overtime may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima embroidery machinery and ensure design placement.
• Meet daily goals for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Execute daily schedule including pre- and post-production needs.
• Inspect products for order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with overtime as needed.
