Job summary

Printfly in Philadelphia is looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will set up and operate commercial embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality embroidered products while working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable operating production equipment. Opportunities for training are available for the right candidate.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in producing great work.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines
• Load garments, thread machines, and prepare jobs for production
• Monitor embroidery runs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished products and identify any issues before orders move forward
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Keep work areas organized and production moving efficiently
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
