Job description

We are a fast-growing custom print, signage, and apparel business based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. We offer various custom apparel, signage, and offset printing services to our expanding client base. Recently, we added Embroidery to our offerings, and we are seeking a candidate who is eager to operate Tajima embroidery machines and help lead our embroidery practice as it grows.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple-head Tajima embroidery machines
• Perform and prioritize multiple tasks independently or within a team
• Monitor embroidery processes to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
• Contribute to creating processes that enhance customer experience
• Engage in client interactions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines is mandatory. This is not an entry-level position. Experience with Tajima machines is preferred but not required. 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Fluency in English and reliable commuting to Logan Square are necessary.

Additional Information

We seek someone interested in taking on a leadership role within our embroidery practice, sharing ideas, and contributing to the growth of the company overall. While the position is intended to be full-time, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, approximately 8am-5pm, with some additional hours based on business needs. Flexibility on shift hours is possible.
