Qualifications

• Experience in embroidery, textile, apparel production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating embroidery equipment highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machines.
• Read and interpret embroidery designs, work orders, and production specs.
• Load garments and materials with proper alignment.
• Adjust machine settings based on garment and design requirements.
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production records and workflow documentation.
• Assist with order prep, packaging, and production support.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
