Job summary

Jersey Ink is seeking an embroidery operator to run and maintain a multi-head embroidery machine in a fast-paced shop in Reading, PA. You will set up designs, select threads, and ensure client specs are met while inspecting finished products for quality.

Applicants should have prior embroidery production experience, strong attention to detail, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. A collaborative, communicative mindset is key to success in this role.
