The position offers either full-time or part-time hours as a temp-to-perm opportunity. Candidates should have embroidery/production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for

Responsibilities

• Trim threads and remove excess backing from embroidered garments.
• Steam garments to remove hoop marks.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Fold, bag, label, and package completed orders.
• Pick, pack, and organize customer orders.
• Assist embroidery machine operators as needed.
• Maintain organized workstations and production flow.
• Help meet production goals while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
