Job summary

Kelly is hiring Embossing Machine Operators for multiple shifts in Newburyport, MA. Direct hire at ITW. Shifts run 1st and 2nd, with pay of $22–$24/hr and a $1.75/hr shift differential on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating embossing equipment, monitoring quality, and performing routine maintenance. Requires a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read schedule to determine timing for machine changeovers and runs.
• Ensure sufficient inventory for production.
• Operate and control embossing machines and adjust settings.
• Inspect products and adjust speeds/temperatures as needed.
• Record production quantities and perform quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment.
• Operate a forklift when required.
• Provide cross-training support to other teams.
