Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing environment or mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read schedule and determine timing for production changeovers.
• Start/stop machine via control panel.
• Align or fasten machine parts using hand tools.
• Thread or feed film through rollers and adjust speeds.
• Observe for defects and adjust wire feed, speed.
• Set up and operate equipment for metallization on films.
• Test and measure product to ensure specifications.
• Clean machine and parts between runs.
• Move materials with carts or pallet; forklift driving optional.
