Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or similar from an accredited university.
• Proven track record of contributions at top robotics/AI venues (IROS/ICRA/RSS/CoRL, etc.).
• Professional-level fluency in C++ and Python.
• Experience deploying ML models on robotic systems (training, evaluation, integration).
• Deep knowledge of modern architectures, Transformers, VLAs/VLMs, diffusion models.

Responsibilities

• Architect robotic foundation models and design large-scale learning frameworks for industrial manipulation and autonomous planning.
• Build full-stack training pipelines for robotics applications with multi-modal inputs and reproducibility.
• Advance data collection strategies to support model training and validation.
• Bridge the sim-to-real gap for embodied AI using simulation frameworks.
• Create scalable inference loops combining perception with real-time motion control and on-robot deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn research prototypes into deployable systems.
• Present results to internal/external partners and at conferences.
