Job summary

Oracle is seeking an IC4 Applied Scientist for Robotics, Perception, and Embodied AI to lead research and delivery of AI capabilities for robotic systems. You will partner across science, software, product, and hardware teams to translate needs into roadmaps and drive end-to-end solutions from data collection to production deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, ML, robotics or related fields.
• Strong Python/C++ programming and ROS experience.
• Experience delivering robotics or embodied AI into production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with science, engineering, product and hardware leaders to identify strategic needs.
• Break down complex problems into research plans, architectures, data needs and milestones.
• Lead full‑stack experimentation, data pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
• Guide model training, optimization, and latency tradeoffs for real‑time use.
• Mentor scientists and engineers to raise research rigor and production readiness.
