Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong ability to establish relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Domo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design of large-scale projects impacting underwriting lines of business.
• Maintain understanding of assigned underwriting partners' goals and processes.
• Conduct process identification and suggest operational improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for system updates affecting underwriting lines of business.
• Write Change Requests for internal software development team.
• Support efficiency of proprietary internal systems through issue intake and status updates.
• Provide backup analyst coverage for other underwriting lines as needed.
