You will implement and test C++ embedded functions on Linux, ensure software quality, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to meet mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 30 credit hours by the start of the internship.
• Experience through coursework, projects or on-the-job work is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration on distributed heterogeneous signal processing systems running Linux.
• Code, test, and integrate C++ embedded and real-time signal processing algorithms or control functions.
• Defect resolution and maintenance of existing codebases.
• Analyze numerical accuracy, runtime latency and system metrics.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software engineers to meet end-user requirements.
• Support code reviews, static analysis and continuous integration.
