Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. seeks a Mechanical/Software Integration Engineer I to lead mechanical and software integration projects and oversee CAD drafting and ERP entry. You may assume full engineering responsibility for multiple product lines after orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience integrating software solutions.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
Experience with VB.Net/C# and LabVIEW preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs and evaluates complex mechanical/electromechanical devices.
Manages all phases of design projects of varying size and complexity.
Integrates software-driven electrical components into functional systems.
Develops software-hardware interfaces and validates performance.
Troubleshoots power distribution, I/O, motion controls and vision systems.
