Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Ability to design, implement and document automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explore and implement new ways to automate or enhance production process steps.
• Evaluate and test automation tools and equipment and determine integration into processes.
• Lead investigation and integration of tools and equipment to enhance capabilities and enable new business opportunities.
• Create documentation for usage and training of new equipment and technologies.
• Perform testing and evaluations and create reports as necessary.
• Develop Work Instructions for production and manage MSP documentation.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineers, Sales, Customers, and Production Engineers to achieve automation goals.
• Travel to other facilities to implement and train personnel on automation systems.
