Job summary

Cindavi in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an hands-on Electrical Engineer to own PCBA design, embedded firmware, and diagnostics for our powered equipment portfolio. You will work directly with manufacturing and R&D to ensure reliability and manufacturability, from schematics to production release.

You will design PCBA layouts in Altium, write embedded C/C++, and tackle challenges in DC motor control and lithium battery systems. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 2–5+ years hands-on electrical engineering experience in manufacturing or physical product environments.
• Proven PCBA design experience using Altium Designer.
• Proficient in writing and debugging embedded software/firmware in C/C++.
• Experience with DC motor controls and lithium battery technologies.
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine PCBs from schematics to production release.
• Write, test, and troubleshoot embedded software/firmware in C/C++.
• Tackle DC motor control and lithium battery challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve designs.
