Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Software Engineer to develop embedded and Windows desktop software for electronic warfare systems. You will participate from requirements through deployment with a focus on reliability and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems design with RTOS such as Green Hills.
• Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded software development.
• Experience with Windows desktop software for mission tools.
• Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS for requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug embedded system software for EW applications.
• Develop Windows desktop software for Mission Support Tools.
• Collaborate in a small to mid-size engineering team and independently when needed.
• Prepare software requirements, documentation, and test results.
• Assist in system integration on platforms including C-130 aircraft.
