Job summary

Efficient Computer is seeking an Applications Engineer to bridge hardware and customer applications. You will design and implement embedded computing solutions, enabling customers to leverage Efficient’s architecture across various platforms.

The role involves hands-on work with hardware and software, close collaboration with customers, and delivering reference designs, demos, and technical collateral. Travel to customer sites up to 30% is expected; certain assignments may require U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/CE/CS or related technical field is required.
• 3+ years of embedded systems development experience.
• Hands-on experience with multiple embedded platforms and board design.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Application Engineering: understand applications, requirements and system challenges; design and implement board-level embedded solutions; serve as a technical resource with customers.
• Technical Development & Integration: develop and optimize software/firmware on various embedded platforms; work across board design, firmware, and software to deliver robust solutions.
• Solution Delivery & Enablement: own reference designs, demos, and technical collateral; support customers through development lifecycle; provide field feedback for product improvements.
