Job summary

GeoLogics in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement embedded software for real-time systems. The team will analyze algorithm descriptions from systems engineering and adapt the existing codebase to improve software architecture, primarily using C++ with some Ada legacy.

Experience with RTI DDS, Linux/Rocky targets, and Windows hosts is a plus. Secret Clearance is required for this W2 hourly contract-to-hire role in the Grand Prairie area.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Real-time embedded software with C++ and Linux/Rocky.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience or Master's with 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement embedded software.
• Analyze algorithm descriptions provided by systems engineering and the existing software code base to determine best architectural changes to software.
• Write software in C++.
• Software development from requirement analysis to integration, acceptance test, and delivery.
