RFA Engineering is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer II to join our team at a customer facility in the United States. You will work with an experienced staff on embedded software solutions used in mining, robotics, automation, and machine control applications, covering design, development, integration, validation, and deployment.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong C/C++/Python skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% for deployments and field tests.

We are seeking an entry-level to experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes. This position will operate onsite at our customer's world-class engineering and manufacturing facility.

This selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff supporting the development, integration, validation, and deployment of embedded software solutions used in advanced mining, robotics, automation, and machine control applications. Work will include software design, feature development, integration, troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement activities involving embedded controllers, machine systems, sensors, communications networks, and data management technologies. The work will be highly collaborative with systems, software, machine, validation, and global engineering teams .
