RFA Engineering is seeking an entry-level to experienced Software Test Engineer to join our engineering team onsite at a world-class facility. The role focuses on developing, executing, and automating tests for electrical systems and software that control vehicle operation, including HIL/SIL validation and automated testing.
Responsibilities include designing test cases, analyzing results, and ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements to tests.

This position will develop, execute, and automate testing of electrical systems and software that control vehicle operation and functions. Testing methods include diagnostic troubleshooting, automated software testing, and full or partial machine testing.

Pay Range: $65,000-$85,000 – Commensurate with experience.
