Moog Inc is seeking an Embedded Software Design Engineer in Johnson City, Tennessee. You will design, develop, modify, and evaluate embedded software and firmware for military and aerospace markets, including BSPs, bootloaders, kernels, and system configurations.

You will code in C/C++, Bash, and Python, and work with HDL/RTL for FPGA-related tasks. You will collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues, prepare release documentation, and maintain software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 3 years of embedded software experience preferred.
• Proficient in C/C++, bash, and Python.
• Experience with HDL/RTL for FPGA design, testbenches, and simulation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate embedded software for military and aerospace markets.
• Develop and maintain embedded Linux BSP, bootloader, kernel, and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain shell/Python/C/C++ code for configuration, automation, and app development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software and system issues.
• Create version descriptions and software releases per procedures.
• Perform code maintenance and debugging in a fast-paced design environment.
