NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena seeks an Embedded Robotic Systems Engineer II to advance actuation, sensing, and control for robotic platforms used on space missions. The role covers hardware design, firmware development, and testing across power, electronics, and FPGA subsystems to enable reliable robotic performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 1 year or PhD with 0 years.
• Recent coursework/early career experience in Electrical Engineering or Robotics.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards in Electrical/Robotics Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team.
• Ability to detail, document, and communicate work in verbal and written form.
• Strong analytical skills.
