Job summary

LenelS2 is seeking a results-driven Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Manager of LenelS2 Managed Services, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and others to optimize delivery and foster strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestone tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health and adjust strategies to mitigate risks.
