Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects for LenelS2 Managed Services. This role bridges engineering, software development, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with high quality.

You will coordinate with sales, QA, engineering, and operations to deliver projects that meet customer expectations, while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope, milestones, budget, and resources.
• Define and monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and adjust strategies to meet evolving requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing status reports and risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring transparency and high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
