Job summary

LenelS2 is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within the Managed Services group. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role collaborates with engineering, software development, field operations, and Sales, providing status reports and executive summaries, while driving customer satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive risk

Qualifications

3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
3–5 years managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure.
3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope, milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
Define and monitor KPIs, manage risks, and adjust strategies to evolving requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports and risk mitigation.
Manage final handoff including documentation and lessons learned.
